The New Heroes Issue #2

Here is a taste of issue #2. In its entirety it is 100 pages long, full color, hand-signed, offset printed in a limited edition run of 300. The second issue of The New Heroes explores the archetypal role of the hero in contemporary society. This idea is explored in interviews with various emerging artists from around the world and through original art generated by the interviews and available exclusively in issue #2. The combination of short run printing, off set methods and original work means that each issue is in itself a piece of art. Rather then a mass produced digital publication each page of this magazine was crafted by the hands of the artists and printers. Each issue is hand numbered and signed.
